Clinic Day and Radiation Meeting!!!

I am so happy and proud with Brody as for the first time in 8 months Brody did everything the doctor asked with no fuss. There was no hitting, kicking, yelling, running away, turning off power points and light switches, touching every thing and no wrecking the room. Yeah!!!! Have to thank Autism Behaviour Intervention for all their work and great point system. As Brody is improving with every day he uses it. Thank you guys xoxoxox

Brody's bloods were low today and he is booked in for a blood transfusion on Friday. But otherwise he is doing ok. He still has his running and little bit of a cough. His platelets are low to and might need a top on Friday as well.

Today i had a meeting with the radiation team, Brody will have to have radiation twice a day for three days on his full body and before this, he will have radiation on just his head. There is alot to comprehend and take in, which makes this very hard to explain and retell what was said as it is very complex producer with many side effects. But as they said Brody needs this now and we can look at these problems later.

Brody's brother Luke will be coming this weekend, I am so excited! What a great Mother's Day present that will be. Brody also is so excited, as he made a welcome home sign for him. Luke will be here for the week to do lost of things, as we will be in and out of doctors all week. So this will be a busy week for us as Brody still has his normal routine to do as well. Therefore sorry again if i am unsociable for the next month or so as for Brody and I it will be very busy and stressful time. Thanks.
